Please use the document below to request review and approval of all proposed exterior improvements and/or construction, including driveway extensions or repairs, major landscaping changes, pool installations, fence construction, installation or construction of outbuildings and/or patio and porch alterations. Please see the Autumn Ridge Community Association Covenants and Addendum to Covenants under the Documents menu for a more detailed list of work requiring ARCA approval.
Please note that ARCA Review Committee and ARCA board members are all volunteers, most with full-time jobs. Please submit your request at least 2-3 weeks in advance for minor project. Larger projects please submit 3-5 weeks in advance of your proposed start date to allow sufficient time for the Committee to meet, research if necessary and respond to your request. When possible, 30 days advanced notice is preferred.
Please also note that failure to submit an Architectural Review Application prior to commencement of work requiring approval, or proceeding with work prior to approval or after denial of approval, will be considered a violation of HOA covenants, which may result in significant fines and penalties.
