Welcome to The Autumn Ridge Community Association -a subdivision located in the Perry Hill Township, Allen County, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our attending public school system is: Perry Hill Elementary, Maple Creek Middle School, and Carroll High School. We have 260 lots consisting of beautiful homes and villas. The Autumn Ridge Community Association is overseen by an elected board of directors who volunteer their time and talents to keep ARCA one of the finest developments in Fort Wayne. Our community works together to help keep each other safe by participating in a Neighborhood Watch Program.
The Homeowners’ association dues with the exception of the Villas, include membership at the pool and tennis courts which are mandatory and payable annually. Villa owners may purchase pool membership upon request. The Covenants and Bylaws for our neighborhood are located under "Documents" at the top of our Home Page. They will provide you with more information on what the rules and regulations of the neighborhood are for our community association.

I69 at UNION CHAPEL INTERCHANGE (updates)
Work beginning again on Union Chapel Road. April 4, 2013, Union Chapel Road is scheduled to close at the intersecton of Diebold Road, approximately 0.4 miles east of I-69 to begin construction of the roundabout at this intersection. This closure is expected to last until the beginning of July 2013. The detour for the area will be Auburn Road to Dupont Road to Tonel Road.
As soon as Union Chapel at Diebold opens to traffic, they will be closing Union Chapel Road at Auburn Road to construct a roundabout at that corner. Work on both will be ongoing until complete. Completion is estimated to be late summer 2013.
